Heidi Brush's journey is rich with experiences that have shaped her into a skilled communicator and advocate in the realm of real estate.  After graduating from Penn State University forged her deep connection to Happy Valley. Despite living in various locations across the country, her heart always gravitated back to the area, eventually leading her to return to raise her daughter her

Her academic pursuits, culminating in a Ph.D. in Communications from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, reflect her dedication to honing her skills in understanding and conveying messages effectively. These skills have proven invaluable in her career, allowing her to educate clients and champion their interests with finesse.

Heidi's transition from the education field to real estate was driven by her passion and curiosity, inspired by her parents' experiences. With her background in communication and education, she approaches real estate transactions with a unique perspective, always striving for the best possible outcomes for both sellers and buyers.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Heidi finds joy in spending time outdoors with her daughter, who attends State College High School, and their dogs. This blend of personal and professional fulfillment underscores her commitment to a balanced and fulfilling life while serving her clients with the utmost care and dedication. As a great listener, she prioritizes her clients' needs above all else, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their real estate journey.

Heidi Brush grew up and graduated from Penn State University.  She liked the Centre County area so well that after living in many areas across the county (including New Hampshire, Illinois,New Jersey and Wisconsin), she ultimately returned to the area to raise her daughter.  

After graduating from Penn State, Heidi then earned her Ph.D. in Communications from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.  Her excellent communication skills allow her to excel in educating clients and advocating for  their best interests.  After years in the education field, inspired by her parents' experiences,  she turned her passion and curiosity towards Real Estate in Central Pennsylvania.  In her spare time, she enjoys time outdoors with her daughter (a student at State College High School) and her dogs.  Heidi draws on her background in communication and education to the best possible outcome for both sellers and buyers.  She is a great listener who strives to place her clients’ needs above all else.
