I know it doesn't normally happen this way, but our previous house went on the market on a Thursday and was sold that Sunday. I believe it had a lot to do with following what Ryan suggested we do in order to sell the house. When it came to buying a house, we were looking in a certain price range. After looking at several houses over the course of a few weeks, we realized that we were looking at more than we could afford. We told Ryan and he immediately readjusted the sights and found exactly what we were looking for in the range we could afford.
