My husband and I were in the process of relocating to the State College area and came across Ryan's sister hosting an open house. She gave us Ryan's card and we never looked back! My agent was a Mariam Lowe. I would be more than willing to recommend her to anyone. As a first time home buyer, I did not have any experience with working with an agent.
