As a lifelong Centre County native & growing up in the real estate business, Chase’s first priority is making sure his clients are happy. As a third generation REALTOR®, he follows in the footsteps of his Grandmother Linda Lowe, Uncle Ryan Lowe & Mother Dayna Dann. 

Chase attended Bellefonte Area School District and graduated in 2017, where he loved playing football & wrestling. Chase attended Bloomsburg University where he continued his wrestling career and graduated with a degree in Business Management in 2021. 

After graduation Chase worked at Universal Settlement Services as a Closing Representative where he obtained a great understanding of how important communication with clients can be. Learning the settlement end of a real estate transaction puts Chase a step ahead when helping his clients understand the full particulars when it comes to the closing process. 

Chase knows Central Pennsylvania and is willing and ready to work hard for his clients with all of their real estate needs. He is not afraid of hard work and putting his clients first. His clients can always feel free to contact him 24/7 through a call, text or email when they have a question or concern. 

With the ever-changing real estate market, Chase will stay on top of new listings and price reductions so his clients are always informed. Whether you are buying or selling, Chase will work endlessly to help you find the perfect property or get it sold, either way, he will get you to settlement.

Chase currently resides in Bellefonte, he enjoys fishing, the great outdoors, playing golf & watching football.
