My experience with Ryan was very positive. He was patient while we looked at many properties, always glad to offer his opinion when asked, but never pushy. We were fortunate that Ryan found the property we eventually purchased. Ryan was also great when the underwriter(s) required ridiculous stipulations. I'm very happy to recommend Ryan to anyone.
