I know it doesn't normally happen this way, but our previous house went on the market on a Thursday and was sold that Sunday. I believe it had a lot to do with following what Ryan suggested we do in order to sell the house. When it came to buying a house, we were looking in a certain price range. After looking at several houses over the course of a few weeks, we realized that we were looking at more than we could afford.
