I know it doesn't normally happen this way, but our previous house went on the market on a Thursday and was sold that Sunday. I believe it had a lot to do with following what Ryan suggested we do in order to sell the house. When it came to buying a house, we were looking in a certain price range. After looking at several houses over the course of a few weeks, we realized that we were looking at more than we could afford. My agent was a Mariam Lowe. I would be more than willing to recommend her to anyone. As a first time home buyer, I did not have any experience with working with an agent. My father however has bought and sold not only homes but businesses and was also impressed with Miraim. I had many questions going through this process and I asked them whenever they came to me.
