My husband and I were sure that our home would take a very long time to sell, because we had started remodeling it and were not able to complete the renovations before we needed to relocate for my husband’s work. Ryan knew exactly how to list the home and also was able to convey to other realtors what a great value our home actually was. We signed a seller’s agreement with the new home owners in one week from Ryan actually listing our home and posting the "For Sale" in our yard.
