And, even though the process of listing/selling our old home and finding/purchasing our new one took almost nine months, their expertise and knowledge of the market came through for us on both ends!   • I know it doesn't normally happen this way, but our previous house went on the market on a Thursday and was sold that Sunday. I believe it had a lot to do with following what Ryan suggested we do in order to sell the house. When it came to buying a house, we were looking in a certain price range.
