It's a wonderful day at RE/MAX and here in Centre County and Happy Valley!! I've been blessed to call Central PA my home since 2004 when I relocated here from Phila.  I married an amazing hometown guy, the 6th Grade Instrumental Band Director for SCASD, my parents live five minutes away from us and I get to be part of an amazing community. I feel so very blessed with where my journey has brought me.

My dad enlisted in the Air Force the year I was born. It set the tone for the first part of my life, being continually uprooted, and being far from family and friends and the security that can bring. It presented both challenges and lifelong opportunities.

Besides PA, I have lived in Washington State, Idaho, Louisiana, Hawaii, and Colorado. I've lived in busy and loud cities as well as small and rural areas. I've met a wide array of people throughout all of my travels, and have always taken care of others, whether that was part of my job or not.

So, getting into Real Estate and making my clients feel at home since 2014 was a natural fit for my customer service background. It's exciting because every day is different, the market is ever changing, technology is always evolving, and trends are constantly updating. People will always want a place to call their own.  A safe space to lay their head at night. Somewhere to grow their roots and I love being a part of  that!!

In addition to Real Estate, I enjoy being involved with my church, Faith United Methodist, in Bellefonte, as well as travel, especially to the Adirondacks every Summer for hiking, canoeing, and boating. We are avid history buffs and enjoy studying battlefields. For indoor activities, I love reading and doing puzzles.

Being a foreigner with fewer than 5 years in the U.S, most of which was spent in bad grad school rental properties, I had very limited experience with every aspect of housing.   • Ryan did an amazing job selling our house. He gave us a fair estimate of it's value (which was higher than we expected) and it was under contract in 10 days. He navigated through the home inspection and when the buyers initially asked us to do some work which we felt was unreasonable, he took care of all of it and we ended up not needing to do any work or re-negotiate the price. If we had tried to sell it on our own, we would have listed it for a lower price and had more trouble negotiating. If we ever move back to the area, we will use him again and would recommend no one else to our friends.
