She was very patient with me to explain the home-buying process and was honest with me the entire time (even pointing out negative points about some properties I looked at that I'm glad I didn't buy). I loved that she was very quick to respond to my emails (almost immediate) and helped me negotiate to a buying price I was able to afford.
